Throughout his career, Barry has focused on addressing crucial issues in biochemical pharmacology and advocating for addiction awareness and effective treatments.
Drawing on his expertise in biochemical pharmacology, Barry I. Gold has been instrumental in advancing the field through his research and published works. His passion for tackling addiction-related challenges led him to write the compelling book "We're Overdosed," which delves into the history of opioids and the pressing need for improved addiction treatment methods.
